Michael Fagan joins his parents, Bob and Dotti Fagan, the Fagan Team, in the Bonita Springs office. Originally from New England, Fagan relocated to Southwest Florida in 2004. He is a member of the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of Realtors (BEAR).

Patrick Fleming is located in the Bonita Springs office. Originally from Iowa, Fleming recently relocated to Estero. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa where he earned a bachelor’s degree in leisure studies. He served in the U.S. Navy and most recently served as director of parks and recreation for the Iowa Park and Recreation Association and was an executive team leader for Target. Fleming is a member of BEAR.

Richard Schwandt will be in the Bonita Springs office. He most recently served as president of a 3,000-member board of Realtors, an employee relocation company, a 16-office real estate company, a title insurance company, and a real estate note servicing company. With a degree in accounting and finance administration from Michigan State University, Schwandt earned a real estate broker license in 1980, has been a title insurance agent since 1986, and a licensed mortgage originator, broker and servicer since 2002. He served on the National Relocation board of directors from 1984 to 1986. Schwandt is a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach.

Ryan Batey joins the Clark Team in the Central office. Batey grew up in Michigan and earned a bachelor’s degree from Albion College and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana. He obtained a Florida real estate license in 2003. He is a member of NABOR.

Timothy Lee Shave will be working in the Old Naples office. Originally from Cleveland, Shave has worked in the real estate business in Colorado Springs, Co. and Valley Forge, Pa. He has been in the real estate business in Naples since 1992 including pre-construction waterfront condo sales, new home building, and commercial real estate. He is a member of NABOR.

Melissa Wychocki has joined the company as a sales associate. Originally from Crown Point, Ind., Wychocki has five years of real estate experience in Naples. She is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in business and finance. She also earned an MBA from the University of Florida, Gainesville. Wychocki moved to Florida in 2004. She specializes in high-end waterfront and golf course residential properties in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers Beach.
